4 Months Pregnant!

I am already 4 months and one week pregnant!!! This pregnancy is going by so much faster than the first. I know its because I am more busy with Mikara. I am feeling the baby move all the time now. And I have popped out pretty good. We are 99% sure we are naming her Karley Lynn Jenkins. We love it!! We are both very excited and can't wait to meet her. Below is also her 16 week sonogram picture. Webers Farm - Maryland

Last weekend we flew to Maryland to take Mikara to Weber's Farm with her cousins. She had so much fun!!!

Mikara Is 18 Months Old!

Mikara turned 18 months on October 17th!!! I can't believe that she is 1 1/2 years old already!!!!
She.......
-loves her Minnie Mouse.....she goes everywhere with Mikara
-understands everything we tell her to do
-is able to express to us what she wants
-says about 15 words
-likes to mock us (talking and actions)
-sleeps in her big girl bed
-colors, paints and draws well
-says "hi" to everyone and everything!
-plays doctor with her babydolls
-answers Dora's questions when she watches her
-still loves to read her books with or without us
-dances all the time......I really think her favorites are Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood!! LOL!

Mikara is the highlight of our lives and I know she is going to be a wonderful big sister! She is so loving, caring and nice already!! We love our little baby so much!

Mikara's Big Girl Bed!

About 2 weeks ago we put Mikara in her big girl bed. We didn't want to put her back in her crib because one day when I put her down for her nap I found her eating the paint off of her crib!!! She was fine and the doctor said it was fine but I still didn't want her do it again so we decided that night to set up her big girl furniture. She just LOVED it!!!! She hopped up in the bed, squealing with excitement. It was so funny! She sleeps so well and hardly wakes up in the middle of the night anymore. Gordon and I can't believe how fast she is growing up!!!

Mikara got into her bed and started reading her books. She is so cute!!

What Do You Think?

This is me and Mikara around the same age. What do you think??? The second on Mikara is younger with a fuller face and shorter hair. I plan to retake the pic with her at this age and longer hair.

Mikara 17 Months Old

Mikara is now 17 1/2 months old. She is doing everything!!! She understands everything we tell her to do and she makes us laugh all the time. She is just so funny!! Here are some pictures from our September.
